We provide residential and commercial construction and development services, which may include (but are not limited to) new construction, additions, renovations, consulting, and related project management services.

Specific project scope, pricing, timelines, and other details will be outlined separately in our proposals, estimates, contracts, and/or change orders.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information needed for us to evaluate, plan, and perform your project
• Provide timely access to the property, utilities, and any necessary areas so work can be performed
• Obtain and maintain any approvals, permissions, or documentation that are your responsibility under the contract or applicable law
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, HOA/association rules, and building requirements related to the project
• Review and abide by the terms of your written agreement with us, including payment terms and change-order procedures

By providing your phone number and opting in via our forms or services, you agree to receive text messages from The Oak Development related to your inquiry, project, account, scheduling, or promotions. You may separately opt in to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages. Consent to marketing messages is not required to use our services or enter into a construction agreement with us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors or vendors in support services, such as customer service, scheduling, or project coordination.

Payment terms are defined in your estimate, proposal, or construction agreement with us. These may include deposits, progress payments, final payments, and any fees for approved change orders.

Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services, delays to the project schedule, and/or additional fees as outlined in your agreement and as permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our services or website
• Delays or interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control (such as weather, supply chain issues, or third-party actions)

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or the specific terms of your written construction agreement with us.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website or otherwise communicated to you. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
