The Oak Development provides residential remodeling, renovation, construction, and related home improvement services. This may include consultation, project planning, design coordination, construction management, and general contracting services.
Specific project scope, timelines, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate written proposal, estimate, or agreement provided to the client prior to the start of work.

The Oak Development may send SMS text messages related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, estimate updates, project updates, and service notifications. If you separately consent, you may also receive promotional SMS text messages including special offers, discounts, and updates about our remodeling services.
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms or services, you agree to receive SMS text messages from The Oak Development. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to 818-629-0416. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
